1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) may be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.


3. Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

LA’BRIZZA COSMETICS is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • High-volume shipping periods

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer


4. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

LA’BRIZZA COSMETICS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us at:

6. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

International shipping may become available in the future.


7. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
