- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened and unused products.
- For defective or incorrect items, returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be sealed and in their original packaging.
- Non-returnable: opened/used products (unless defective), final-sale items, and gift cards.
How to request a return or exchange
- Fill out the Return Request Form below or email contact@usalabrizza.com with your order details.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions (RMA number and return address) by email.
- Ship the items using a trackable service and keep the receipt.
Refunds & costs
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Exchanges: once approved, we will ship the replacement product or provide store credit.
